Does Cat­sand­ber­ries have a phys­i­cal store?

No. Cat­sand­ber­ries is an online store. It is there­fore not pos­si­ble to come and see the plants or pick up your order.

Which coun­tries do you deliv­er to?

Bel­gium, France, Lux­em­bourg, Ger­many, and the Nether­lands.

How can I place an order?

You can order plants online by cre­at­ing an account or reg­is­ter­ing as a guest. The min­i­mum order val­ue for goods to be shipped is 50 euro exclud­ing ship­ping costs. Pay­ment is pos­si­ble by bank trans­fer. Note: sale reserved for indi­vid­u­als and not for com­pa­nies.

What are the ship­ping costs?

Ship­ping costs are cal­cu­lat­ed auto­mat­i­cal­ly in your shop­ping cart and are based on the weight of the plants ordered. The approx­i­mate weight of each plant is indi­cat­ed in the prod­uct descrip­tion. A par­cel can weigh a max­i­mum of 10 kg.

What is the deliv­ery time for my order?

Your order is usu­al­ly pre­pared with­in 1 to 5 days, and deliv­ery by post takes 1 to 2 busi­ness days in Bel­gium and 2 to 4 busi­ness days to oth­er coun­tries in most cas­es.

How big are the plants?

The size of each plant is not mea­sured by height, but by the size of the pot in which it grows. The size of the pot is indi­cat­ed in the plant descrip­tion. For exam­ple, “P9” means a square pot mea­sur­ing 9 cm x 9 cm.

Are the plants frost resis­tant?

The plants offered for sale are frost resis­tant to at least ‑15°C, unless oth­er­wise stat­ed in the descrip­tion of a par­tic­u­lar plant. How­ev­er, when plants are still young and small, they may be sen­si­tive to frost and require pro­tec­tion.

Are the plants treat­ed with chem­i­cal pes­ti­cides?

No. Cat­sand­ber­ries only uses nat­ur­al prod­ucts that are safe for cats and humans.
