Fragaria x ananassa “Schwarzer Ananas”
The cultivar “Schwarzer Ananas” (“Black Pineapple”) produces dark red, almost brown-red berries with an intense flavor slightly reminiscent of blackberries and cherries. The inside of the berries is also dark red.
